 Dr. Phyllis Donatto founded the i-MPACT | i-LEAD Foundation with a belief in the potential of young people and the importance of creating opportunities for them to grow.

Through her work in education, leadership, and emotional intelligence, she has seen how self-awareness, confidence, strong relationships, and meaningful experiences can shape a young person's future.

The foundation brings that belief to life by helping young people grow personally and socially, develop as leaders, and recognize the positive impact they can make in their communities.
