The EQed Leadership Program for Teens helps young people better understand themselves, manage emotions and choices, build stronger relationships, and grow as confident leaders. Through engaging activities and real-life application, students strengthen the personal and social skills needed to lead themselves and positively impact others.

The i-MPACT | i-LEAD Foundation Student Growth Scholarship helps young people participate in activities and experiences that support their personal, social, and leadership development. Scholarship funds may assist with registration or participation fees, uniforms, equipment, supplies, and other approved expenses.
We believe every young person has the potential to lead.

Ms. Kourtlynn Livings, $400 Scholarship Recipient. Kourtlynn is a fun, loving, and kind young lady with a genuine desire to grow. She is actively developing her social skills and stepping into leadership with confidence, striving to become a more outgoing and impactful leader who inspires those around her.

Ms. Mylee Rose Clay, $500 Scholarship Recipient. Mylee is a thoughtful, service-minded leader. Mylee is active in SPARKLE, BETA Club, and Cinderella, and will use this scholarship to attend the Youth Leadership Conference in Atlanta.

The i-MPACT | i-LEAD Scholarship is more than financial support; it is an investment in Kourtlynn’s growth, confidence, and future. Through this opportunity, she is gaining the tools, experiences, and encouragement needed to shine brighter, expand her potential, and continue her journey of becoming a positive force in her community.
The Gift of Literacy is a community-centered initiative that uses books and storytelling to create meaningful opportunities for learning, connection, and personal growth. Hosted by FTH Dimension Solutions in partnership with the i-MPACT | i-LEAD Foundation, the initiative partners with organizations to serve individuals and families in the community. In 2026, The Gift of Literacy will partner with the Gulf Coast Alliance for a fun, engaging literacy experience for adults with special needs featuring Dr. Phyllis Donatto’s children’s book, Mom, There’s a Rooster in the House!
