EQed Peer Mediation is an interactive student workshop grounded in the core principles of The EQed Classroom: Leveraging Self-Awareness to Create Engaging Environments. This workshop equips school students to serve as peer mediators using emotional intelligence to resolve conflicts and strengthen peer relationships.
Impactful Conversations is a monthly experience that empowers young adults to build personal and social competencies through meaningful dialogue, connection, and skill-building. Monthly sessions are held at the Office of the Juvenile Justice Department in St. Martinville, LA.
Each year, a deserving middle or high school student is chosen to receive assistance in fostering their personal and social growth. Scholarships are awarded to cover expenses such as club memberships, instrument fees, application fees, field trips, and other activities that support student leadership, character, and social development.
