EQed Peer Mediation

EQed Peer Mediation is an interactive student workshop grounded in the core principles of The EQed Classroom: Leveraging Self-Awareness to Create Engaging Environments. This workshop equips school students to serve as peer mediators using emotional intelligence to resolve conflicts and strengthen peer relationships.

Impactful Conversations is a six-session, small-group journey where teens come together 

to connect, grow, and support one another. It’s a safe, judgment-free space to discuss real-life challenges, build confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop healthy relationships.

The i-MPACT | i-LEAD Scholarship

 Awarded to a middle or high school student selected to support their personal, social, and leadership development. This scholarship helps cover expenses for club memberships, instrument fees, application costs, field trips, and other enrichment opportunities that foster character development, confidence, and student leadership.

The Gift of Literacy

Spreading the Joy of Literacy

 The Gift of Literacy is a holiday celebration dedicated to nurturing a love of reading in young children and strengthening literacy at home. Hosted by FTH Dimension Solutions in partnership with the i-MPACT | i-LEAD Foundation, the event brings families together for a joyful, community-centered experience featuring award-winning author Dr. Phyllis Donatto. Each participating family with children in Pre-K through 3rd grade receives a thoughtfully curated Literacy Kit filled with engaging books and learning tools designed to spark curiosity, build early reading skills, and make literacy a shared family tradition.

 Mylee is a thoughtful, service-minded leader. Mylee is active in SPARKLE, BETA Club, and Cinderella, and will use this scholarship to attend the Youth Leadership Conference in Atlanta.
